Vitamin D3 requires a hydrolysis reaction chain through the liver and kidneys to form the final product 1,25 (OH) D3 to activate the intestines to absorb Ca and P.
Alpha D3 is a form of Vitamin D3 that is 95% effective and has been metabolized, while Vitamin D3 is only 20% effective, depending on kidney function

DOSAGE
Mix 1 kg for 1000 liters of water, drink 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon
